I am both dreading and looking forward to June at the same time.

Looking forward to it because you'll all be here!! And school's out so no more homework and early mornings. It's my and Ruben's anniversary month , and I'm sure we'll do something nice. Last year we went to dinner and to see The Lion King at Mandalay Bay.


Dreading it because the weather will be soooo hot. And I just scheduled all my annual check-ups (physical, mammo, gyno, dermatologist, etc) for that month. I hate doctors so that's stressing me out.

Oh well, at least I'll have some fun times mixed in with all those God-awful appointments.

I have done the sling shot or what ever its called on top of the Stratosphere. The view is great but the ride is scary as hell!!!!!!!!

They used to have a roller coaster that went around the outer edge of the Stratosphere and Ruben's done that. He's also done the sling shot and the teeter totter one. I think he's insane. LOL

Yay for short shifts!! I have to make up a bit of work today that I didn't get done yesterday (boo!) plus my trainee didn't pass yesterday, so that means I have two today to give her another chance (boo again - on the not passing, not on the giving another chance).

It's going to be a busy weekend - hockey games both days (woo hoo....) and work. On a brighter note, Frank says he wants us all to go to Vegas in August, so I get to plan another trip Beth, can you say Chippendales??? Frank already said go, they can do boy stuff

Now, how the heck am I supposed to get any work done when I need that valuable time to plan trips???? Geez, life gets the way of my social life sometimes

I am blah, from too much stress. But, it's all good. I decided to take off at 3 today to get some things done for the house. I have a million things to do between the house and the wedding. 3 vehicles in our apartment got broken to night before last and Gary's was one of them. They the passenger glass and the back glass. Just something else to add to our crazy, busy lives. I hope everyone has a good weekend. I am off tomorrow. yay.
