The shows and prices are on the front page. Just decide which ones you want to do, and then you can either send me a letter or just hand me a letter in May. Either way.

I had the worst day at work today and lost my temper on my (backup) boss. As soon as the real boss is off for the day she treats everyone like crap because being the backup goes to her head

Beth~ I somehow missed the part about sending you a letter about our shows, so I'll get on it right away.

Also, my flight on Thursday I wanted went up in price before I booked it. The morning was $208 and the cheap $109 got me in Vegas at 8pm
Luckily my Dh told me to check out Wednesdays flights and sure enough I found on for $89 and he convinced me to come in late so I can still work in the morning. When I went to check my hotel for the extra niht it was only $40 and a few of the other days were cheaper so when they changed those days and added 1 it all came out even

Now I just have to wait until June

No, I don't have a shuttle booked. I might just taxi it - depends on how busy it is. Last time I took the shuttle, it took forever to get to the hotel...... But in September the line up for taxis was un-freakin-believable. I guess I'll just wait and see what's what when I get there and hope for the best It's about $20 for a taxi, so it is more expensive

Angie, are you going to have a cell phone that's good in the US? I bought an AT&T SIM card from eBay and got it activated, so I have a US number for when I'm there. The SIM was only $5. I had my cell phone unlocked so it would work with any SIM...... that way it's not long distance for me to phone anyone, or for anyone to phone me (except Frank )

I don't get into Vegas until 10:50 so I think I'll just taxi straight to the hotel. I'd really like to get a cell phone so I can use it down there. Can all cell phones be unlocked? I'm clueless!

You should be able to get your cell phone unlocked - do you use Rogers (SIM card) or Telus (no SIM)? I think it's easier to do if you use a SIM card.

Yay for getting an awesome deal to DL in August When in August are you going? I think the last week is pretty uncrowded because most US schools seem to go back in August, not September like here......

When I was booking the flight, they had a deals for LAX in August for $58 so I'm taking Brendan and his best friend to DL for Brendan's birthday

So that great deal I found to LAX has a catch. I thought that the rates for September haven't been put up yet but it turns out Bellingham airport is closing for 3 weeks to build a new runway. Which means I have to fly back in to Vancouver ($$$$) or have Brad drive to Seattle to pick us up. It will be 6hrs round trip for him to do that

They had all these specials and not a word on the website about the airport closing. I called and yelled at them and demanded my money back but I had already told Brendan he could go for his birthday so I need to figure something out

Shoot! I did know about the airport in Bellingham closing for three weeks - I got an e-mail from Allegiant about that. I'd keep looking though. I have found some really good deals through itravel200.com - or just keep the flight out of Bellingham and look for a good deal into Vancouver (I did the opposite for Vegas - out of Vancouver on WestJet and into Bellingham with Alaska ). There are some good deals, you just have to search, search, search....

Oooh - forgot too that the shuttle from Seattle to South Surrey is not very expensive and it's convenient rather than Brad having to do a six hour trip. That's what we did in October and it wasn't that bad. Frank just picked us up at the gas station right this side of the border (it's the South Surrey Shuttle stop for QuickShuttle). You can usually get good deals through Virgin out of/into Seattle.

I'm having a rather craptastic day myself over here. It was a sucky weekend, and so far a sucky Monday. I'm ready to go back to turn off all the phones, close all the blinds, and go back to bed for a bit. Hmmmm, maybe I will!!
