I'd like to get a tattoo on this trip...if it's in the budget. Dawn and I had planned on getting them last year, but never ended up doing it. I'd like to get it as a way to remember her and our time together.

I should go for a lighter color considering how shockingly white my legs are

The end of year newsletter came out yesterday and I'm missing a bunch of school stuff while I'm gone, including Keira's kindergarten orientation. Brad said not to worry he'll take care of it all, but he also said it sucks that everytime I try to do something for myself I get screwed somehow. I'll have to drink my sorrows away while we're there

I just found out my kids get out of school on June 2, a few days earlier than I thought. It doesn't make a difference in regards to this trip, but now my Vegas countdown ticker can also double as a countdown for their summer break.

Hope you all had a good weekend, and a nice Easter. It's cool and windy here today, only a high of 67, but by Friday we'll be up to 81. The warm weather is coming, whether we like it or not. LOL Definitely will be in the 90's, if not 100's, by June.

Anyway, glad to hear more plans are coming together. It's exciting to read about!!
