My wife and I will be travelling to WDW in apr 07 with our 2 year old DD. This will be the first trip the we have taken her on and Im looking for ideas of shows or things to do with her.

We went with our 20 month old a few weeks ago. Here is what she loved:

The Princess Storybook Dinner in Norway
It's A Small World
Pooh's Playground
Ariels Grotto
Flights of Wonder in AK
Storytime with Belle
Jungle Cruise
All the Characters
Liberty Tree Tavern Character Meal
Kilamanjaro Safari

There are so many things to do with the little ones, we didn't get a chance to do them all. I heard good things about Playhouse Disney, too.
Hope this helps.

Avoid any and all 3D shows! My 2 year old hated them, and so did my 4 year old!

Here are some of the highlights from our trip:

Chef Mickey's (Contemporary(
Crystal Palace (Pooh and Friends) (MK)
Small World (MK)
Dumbo (MK)
Cindy's Carousel (MK)
Story Time With Belle (MK)
Aladdin's Magic Carpets (MK)
Pocohantas (AK)
Playhouse Disney (MGM)
Mickey Avenue Characters (MGM)
Most Character Meet and Greets. Sully from MGM is HUGE, and Goofy is a little intimidating as well.
Beauty and the Beast Show (MGM)

P.S. If your daughter is into the Princesses, the Princess Storybook meals in EPCOT are excellent! We saw five princesses in one visit. Had photo with Ariel when we walked in. Then, Cindy, Aurora, Belle, and Jasmine all came by the table.
Here is a little MK secret too. Arrive to the MK by around 0930. Hop on the train and take it to Mickey's Toontown. Get off the train and wait for Toontown to open at 10 AM. Go directly to the Judges tent, and you will be oen of the first on the line to see either Mickey, his friends, or the Princesses. There are three lines. We did this on Wednesday, and were first in line and met Cinderella. We could have packed our bags and went home right then, as our whole mission was accomplished. My DD's 2 and 4 love the princesses, especially Cindy.

:thumbsup2 I want to thank you for posting this also. We are taking our 2-yr old grandson and have been wondering what to do at MK. I never slow down at the back of the park except for Small World (my favorite).
