Well, our day started cloudy again. The weather wasnt supposed to hit until later in the afternoon, so we werent worried.
After we got the stroller, we headed for Adventureland. We met a very nice CM who suggested we ride The Magic Carpets of Aladdin first, so thats where we headed to. The was no wait at all. Then we went on the Jungle Cruise which was pretty cute listening to the captain, Pirates of The Carribean DD1 didnt like the skeleton ship, and I forgot about the dip we hit...lol, then to the Swiss Family Treehouse. DD1 loved looking at all of the different rooms, and climbing up all those steps. Glad we did that early in the morning!!
With our first "Land" out of the way in less than an hour, we headed to Frontierland. The sun was finally peeking through the clouds, and it was getting steamy out.
DH went on Splash mountian by himself, then we all headed to Big Thunder Railroad. DD1 and I went first. It was great!! I didnt think DD1 would like it, but she wanted to go again, so DH went with her. She had to show him how it was done!!
Next off to the Country Bear Jamboree. That was another show DD2 loved!! It was a cute show, but only needed to do that once.
Now we were off to Liberty Square. We went to the Hall of Presidents, which was amazing. The animatronics were really neat to see. We went by the Haunted Mansion, but it was getting re-habbed, so we will just have to do that next time.
Three "Lands" down before lunchtime!! I thought we were doing great on time. We are now in Fantasyland!!
Our first stop is It's a small world. The girls loved looking at the different dolls of each country. Then we went on Peter Pan's flight. DD1 loved the way it felt like we were flying around the city. DH said DD2 wasnt really interested in it. We had lunch at Pinnocchio's Haus, then DH took the girls on Cinderella's Golden Carrousel. I sat back, and watched them and took some pictures.
Off to the Dumbo ride. The girls waited all day for this ride, and loved it!! We were going to do Ariel's Grotto, but the line was too long, so it's off to Mickey's Toontown Fair.
DD1 and DH decided to ride the race cars, so DD2 and I went on to Mickey's house. We toured Minnie's house first. DD2 had a fun time looking and playing with everything. After she was done playing, I took her to a little playground so we could wait for DD1 and DH. When they finally found us, DD1 and DH went on Goofy's Barnstormer. DD1 loved this little roller coaster.
Next comes Tomorrowland. Our first stop was Space Mountian. DH went on that by himself, and us girls went looking around the gift shop. Next was Buzz Lightyear again! Of course we all had to ride it twice. This really has become our favorite ride. Next time was TTA. When we got on, it started to rain a little bit.
Now it was time to see Cinderella's Castle close up! We started waling around, and found Storytime with Belle. Both girls got picked to be in the show. They both looked so cute on stage. They got their picture taken with Bell, and an autograph. Then we went around to the front of the castle, and watched cinderella's Surprise Celebration. We all enjoyed that show very much.
It was now time to leave. We started towards the front, and knew it was fixing to rain. the girls had their poncho's on, and we headed for the ferryboat. while waiting for the boat, the rain comes. It didnt let up until we were in the truck.
It was really a great day! We got to do everyting we wanted, and the rain held off until the park closed.
Oh, I forgot the DD's got a couple of pictures the the Mouse himself!! DD2 went right up to him, and gave him a big hug. What a great memory for us all!!!
Well, tomorrow is our last magical day here, so we are going to spend it all in the Kingdom!! DD1 has everything piced out what she wants to do! This has been the best family vacation for us ever!!
