The Cast: Hubby 33- First time to DW

We got up a little later than we wanted. We ended up leaving the house around 9:00am. After a couple of hours on the road, we stopped for some lunch, and let the girls run off some energy.
Finally at Disneyworld!!! We got to Port Orlean's Riverside at 3:00pm. Boy, is that place great!! Our room had 2 beds, and a trundle bed for DD2. We finally got the truck unpacked, and relaxed for a while.
Time for our reservations at Chef Mickey's. Wat a great place!! We got our picture taken, then sat down for dinner. Got to meet Chip and Dale first. Daddy was getting autograph books, so mommy took pictures. When daddy got back, Mickey Mouse was on his way over. He was the first to sign their books. Then came Minnie Mouse, Dale, Chip, Donald Duck, and last but not least Goofy!! The girls got their pictures taken with all of them. I think they were more interested in the characters than dinner, because they hardly ate anything.
After dinner, we rode on the monorail. We got to be up front. That was great!! The sun was shining, and the drizzle was falling. The girls got their co-pilot license's. We never did get any pictures on there. Just another reason to go back!!
When we got back to the resort, we got our refillable mugs, and walked by the pool. Boy, the girls couldnt wait to hit the slide!! We got back to the room, and there were presents on the bed!! The girls both got coloring books, paint books, and books to read. Then there was a basket for them with a Minnie Mouse, stickers, and glow sticks. Boy, Mickey was nice to them!! (Well, mommy was anyway!!)
Boy, what a day!! Can't wait for tomorrow.....ANIMAL KINGDOM!!
