We didn't book our trip until 3 months ago and this is what I was able to get.
6/12 - nothing (we're flying in red-eye and did not think the kids could handle dinner)
6/13 - BOG (dinner)
6/14 - H&V Star Wars Fantasmic (dinner)
6/15 - CRT (dinner)
6/16 - Tomorrowland Fireworks Desert (no dinner that night)
6/17 - Akershus (dinner)
That maxes out our dinning plan points as well.
