My DH woke up early as usual, went downstairs to Roaring Forks to get milk, fruit, cereal, and coffee and then brought it upstairs to wake us up. This seemed to be our pattern for most of this trip. After breakfast, we caught the bus to EPCOT. We got a fastpass for Test Track, then went walked to the doggone maze, which was a maze with topiaries of some of the famous dogs from the Disney movies. We walked back to Test Track, but stopped at Mission Space first. My DS asked the castmember if they would like the opinion of an 11-year old boy who would gladly test the ride for them. The castmember said "Sorry, I have not even had the chance to ride it yet." Oh well, it was worth a try! We then went on to Test Track. I was kinda nervous about this ride because I had never been on it before, but it was a lot of fun. We started heading to WS after this to make our way to my DH and DS's favorite Disney Restaurant: Teppanyaki. We were starving and had a delicious lunch there. DH, DS and I had steak, shrimp, chicken, steamed rice, and vegetables. My DD had the more traditional chicken breast and mixed vegetables. After lunch, we went walking through some of the different countries (not all of them, I like to take my time and enjoy them, not knock them out all in one day). We saw the movie in China, which I thought was great. By the time we made it to Norway, it was time for a snack, so we had the giant cinnamon rolls from here. After that, we walked to the Boardwalk area and took the boat to MGM, got fastpasses to rock and rollercoaster, got in line for the rock and rollercoaster, and then rode it twice in a row (once in the standby line, then with the fastpass). TOT was next. I do not get on the elevator with the drops, my family does, I take the chicken elevator. I just like to walk through the the old hotel, see the beautiful details and hear the music. This is awesome, they even have a menu to show what the hotel dining room was serving the night lightning struck the hotel. Next we saw Walt Disney: One Man's Dream. I really enjoyed this for two reasons: First, you see how a lot of the ideas evolve. Second, was how kind one particular castmember was. Right before the movie was starting and the lights were dimming, my DD, who is very shy, raised her hand. I told her to put it down since it was not a Q&A session. The CM left the stage and came over and said "Yes, did you have a question?" My daughter wanted to know how Walt Disney died. He answered her question. I thought that was very nice of him to do this. We finished off the day by seeing Fantasmic and riding TOT one more time.
