Hi Everyone
I just found this forum, and wanted to share my recent wedding with you all.
Ive just got back from two weeks wedding/honeymoon in Orlando. We had 5 wedding guests, so had the deluxe intimate wedding package.
We got married at 5pm at the Yacht Club, and the day was perfect.
Our Disney Co-ordinator on the day was Tanis, and our photographer was Ty.
Tanis was excellent in co-ordinating the event, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly.
Our wedding pictures turned up the following day, and these are excellent. We upgraded our photo package, Im so glad we did!
The Yacht Club is in lovely surroundings, and the backdrop looks great in our pictures.
Reverend Tim Herring conducted a gorgeous ceremony, and then we toasted our marriage with champagne and almond and amaretto mousse cake!
I cannot stress how perfect the day was, Disney were fantastic!
If anyone has any questions please let me know, Ive spent the last 11 months planning our special day so have loads of info.
We had a spa day at the Rosen Centre on International Drive the weekend before our wedding. Three treatments, manicure, pedicure and massage if you have three treatments you received a discount. This was ideal and relaxed bride, bridesmaids and my mum.
Our Hair was done at the Yacht Club Salon Perriwigs and they did an excellent job.
After our cake and champagne at the wedding, we had a quick change of clothes, a cruise of Orlando in our Limo and then we headed to Universal City Walk to the Latin Quarter. Margaritas and Mexican to celebrate!!!!
If you are getting married in Florida, I wish you all the perfect day we had.
If you are thinking about Florida for a destination, you must book it !!!
AND FINALLY THANK YOU DISNEY!!!!!!
