What do you all think about it?

23 - We arrive, going to MK, We will eat counter service or at the hotel.

24 - Going to MGM, garden view lounge for lunch and counter service dinner

25 - epcot - lunch will be counter service and dinner will be Biergarten

26 - Animal kingdom - counter service lunch and boma dinner

27 - kennedy space center

28 - shopping day or leaving

29 - leaving if not on the 28th.

Looks good! Try Cosmic Rays or Pinocchios for CS at MK. If you like fish and chips, try Harry's in England as a CS. Biergarten is a great choice, had to go there both of our trips to Epcot Went to Flame tree in AK, was ok, will probably try Tusker House next time.

Which hotel are you staying at? I'm guessing you are going to have breakfast at the hotel in the morning?
We like Pecos Bills at MK for counter service, the only CS at MGM that we've done is Toy Store Pizza place (its the same single serve pizza as everywhere else in wdw) - have you considered 2 TS at MGM instead? Just a thought.
I can't even name a CS in Epcot - there are just too many good TS in the WS!

We don't usually even go to AK anymore but I do remember there being a few good CS places.
Have fun at Kennedy Space Center too! We did that a year ago and had a great time, one thing I would say is that it was much cooler there than at WDW -we froze (of couse it was Jan but )

We love Boma! Try the Falme Tree BBQ for lunch at AK it is so good! Have fun!

FYI
I have spent a lot of time at Kennedy waiting for Space Shuttles to take off
the food is TERRIBLE.
