You need a dinner on your arrival day. I would probably do Wolfgang Puck Express for a QS meal. Then on Day 4 you could do a TS at HS (Sci-Fi or 50s Prime Time would be a good fit for you family). With F&W snacks on Day 5, you might not need another meal which leaves you with another QS for Day 6.

It's your family, so you've probably already thought of this, but you have two princess meals for your girl that those boys have to "suffer through." I think I would ask her which one she really wants to do and switch the other one to something else. The food at Akershus is a little different, so that would be our family's choice to switch. A buffet that day would definitely mean snacking through F&W would be enough and you wouldn't need to use a QS that day. Biergarten is fun and might appeal to those boys. Garden Grill has Chip & Dale, but it is only dinner, so you'd have to do F&W for lunch.

You are right! I'm not sure what we are going to do that day. Probably dine OOP. I am kind of looking forward to Akershus. I think the boys will enjoy the atmosphere (not counting the princesses) and they are pretty open to trying new things to eat. I will look up Biergarten and Garden Grill. Thanks!

I am going to attempt to sign the kids up for Jedi training too. Any opinions on that?

If you're going to do Jedi, you will definitely need to be at HS prior to rope drop and head straight to the sign up. It fills up within an hour or so. All kids who want to participate MUST be with you to sign up. Age limit is 4-12, but most of the padawans will be on the younger side, so your 12 yr old may not want to participate. If he decides not to, that would be a good time for him and one parent to do Rock n Roller or Tower of Terror or Toy Story Mania.

Oh, and if you decide to do OOP at DTD that first night, Earl of Sandwich is very affordable.

Thank you! Can you get into the park before rope drop???

I think they still do that, but I haven't been watching for that lately. You might want to start a new thread with that question....what is the opening procedure at HS these days? There was a time they were opening 15-30 min before the published opening time, but I don't know if they still are.

Sorry this posted before I edited, so now..just ignore lol

Tuesday that's a long day, just make sure if you're going to be there in the daytime then stay for the party that the kids can all handle it and it won't ruin the next day for you bright and early at HS for rope drop!
The meals all look good! Oh as for parades if you're interested the festival of fantasy parade is really good, 3 pm in magic kingdom might work on your first MK day.

One more thought...Epcot is really great and you might find yourselves really loving it. Perhaps you want to hop there on your first day for dinner? See the oark for an a hour or two.
