Some people at my school wear those necklaces to.

They are becoming pretty popular, I think they're the "new silly bandz"

First-thanks for the shout-out on the Poly-stick-out-his-tongue tiki! Sounds like you enjoyed your breakfast at 'Ohana. We love it---it's probably our family's favorite breakfast at Disney! :thumbsup2

Great pictures of you and your mom together. I especially like the one of you both with Lilo! :)

Me too, I'm not sure if her grandmother had had any medical issues or if it was just old age... either way it was such a sad thing. ):

July 7th
Day 2
EPCOT

*Looking at all the pics in this update... makes me sad... it was such a beautiful and sunny day that day... and over here it's rainy and dreery. Perfect time to do an update though*

Okay, so, like I said in my last update, the webcam was malfunctioning, so my dad and J stayed behind while my mom, Joe, and I went to EPCOT.

If my title hasn't given it away already, for the past 6 months or so, I've been waiting to do a KP mission! We've been twice to WDW (besides this trip) but we didn't do it then because we weren't there for such a long time, like we were now, so we decided to save it for our big important trip.

We hopped on the monorail, rode to the T&TC and then got onto the TRON-orail (this was our first time on this! I've seen it before, but never got to ride in it! I was excited :D)

Soon enough, we were at EPCOT

Where did we head first?
IMG_6947.jpg

Innoventions- to get our KP FP
We got it and it said it wasn't for 12:30, and it was about 12:15, so we had a few minutes.

So, we walked around Innoventions. OMG, we had never been in there before, so imagine my surprise when I realized just how cool this place was! We did a few interactive stuff with vaccum cleaners, lights, insects, quizzes, little stuff. We headed out of there and over to the WS (we were suposed to go to the station inbetween England and France to get our Kimmunicator). On the way there, we stopped to get some drinks... because it was HOT!

IMG_6948.jpg

Soon enough, we were at the station and a CM was explaining what to do. He told us Wade would be helping us, blah blah blah.

*Let me just say, since I haven't done a mission before, I'm going to go into pretty specific detail about it hehe. I tend to do that. If I've ridden a ride before, I'll just say "We rode Haunted Mansion next" but if I've never ridden/done something, I go into detail about it... so sorry!*

Our Kimmunicator

My mom just followed us around while Joe and I did all the work (;
We sat down on the bench to hear our first mission

IMG_6951.jpg

It was in England, so off we went to England (which was right next door, so...)
I don't want to give anything away, you know?
But all I can say is it's SO awesome! Oh my gosh, golf balls coming out of machines, class cases in stores turning around, windows filling up with water.. just awesome.

By the time we finished our England mission, J and my dad had arrived. J immediatly saw how awesome the Kimmunicator was and wanted to do a mission. So, instead of ending our mission, we decided to do the mission in France.

Oh wait, at the very end of our England mission, a CM came up to us to ask us questions about our experience doing a Kim Possible mission. It was a pretty long survey, and it was really hot out just standing there, so we tried to answer the questions quickly and get a move on.

So, we headed to France. My mom and dad sat down on a bench and let us do whatever we needed to do for the mission. We had to find a street, look in a few shop windows, have our picture taken by the eifel tower (I just KNOW I spelt that wrong >.< ). And I do believe the final part of our mission the best... it's a funny story...

*if you've never done a France mission and don't wish to know about this, then skip the next paragraph or so*

France has its own show right? Where you learn about France and stuff, so the mission was for us to go into the waiting area for the show *that seemed a little odd haha* and look at a case filled with gargoyle/troll whatever stuff. Well, let me just say that waiting area was PACKED. And the Kimmunicator is LOUD. So, when we pressed "ok" to show we were at the case, the phone starts making this buzzing noise and it's really loud and EVERYONE in the room is looking straight at us. Then the troll that was in the cage, his eyes lit up and he started making this loud noise... and everyone was still looking at us. Finally, Wade said we could leave there, so we fast walked out of there!

It was pretty funny because everyone was watching us, and when we left you could hear the people laughing about what just happened- haha :D

So, we finished the KP mission, just in time because we saw these guys starting their show!

The "waiter" was AMAZING!

Look how high up he was!
IMG_6962.jpg

The "chef" was pretty funny, he was trying to get up to the top to hand the "Waiter" a big bottle of wine, but he couldn't reach. So, he called some dude over to help him up. And he had to put a hankercheif on the guys head :P

And what did the "waiter" do with the big bottle of wine?

He was amazing! I could NEVER in my life even dream about doing that, he'd got some super upperbody strength.

If you've never seen them, I suggest it!

After the French Show, the boys said they wanted to go back to the GF and go to the pool. So my dad took them back. My mom and I had different plans...

Up Next: He had a RAINBOW on his shirt... &the Quality of this is terrible!

I've always thought that it must take a lot of patience, but it doesn't really, it goes pretty quick and your always moving around the country. I know! You can hear those kimmunicators from a mile away! You'd always here "Beep!" "KIM AND RON NEED YOUR HELP!" "BEEP!"

They're right towards the front, if you walk by France, you can't miss them! They're also right by Chefs de France

I have never done the KP mission...it sounds like it would be a lot of fun. Just out of curiosity do you think a 5 year old would enjoy it?

I have also seen the guys in France...it is something that I have always remembered about the WS...it truly was amazing to watch!

Yepp, they give you the leis when you go to get your picture taken

I'll bet you'll enjoy the KP missions, they're a lot of fun, and you get to look at the WS from a different angle

It is fun! A 5 year old? It really depends if they're into that kind of stuff. If they like following clues and seeing cool things happen to furniture, windows, machines, ect. then yes. But they also have to be a little on the patient side when Wade, your "guide" I guess you could say, is giving instructions or telling you about the villains plans.

The French guys and the Italian mime are what I remember most, I guess, about the WS. They're all truly amazing and skilled

awesome update!
im glad you got to do a kp mission :)
your pics of the france 'street show' are amazing, that guy looks very talented

Sounds like you had fun doing the KP Missions, I thought about doing them when we were just there but We never did get the chance to do any.

I liked those guys in France, we saw them in May, it was a fun show.

We'll definitely have to try the KP mission! Sounds like a lot of fun :thumbsup2 I would be so nervous watching those guys in France :scared1: I love stumbling across little shows like that - totally unexpected.

Awesome, you'll enjoy it!
I was so worried watching the guy, I was afraid something would hit the cart and they'd fall or something :O I just love the little surprises you run into that make you feel good, especially at Disney!

Caught up!
love all the pics!
Ohana looks yummy, cute character pics
im happy you got to do some kp missions

Yay, glad you enjoyed the KP missions! We've done both the England and France ones so I knew exactly what you were talking about when you mentioned the golf balls and then going into the waiting area for the France movie. It is kind of funny when you just wander in there and people are waiting for the show and you're looking at something in the case.

Awesome pics of the guys in France too! I didn't even know they had such a thing!
