Our BWV Stay: 11/6-11/14 good and Very bad

I had a family reunion about 4 years ago and we had 4 standard view two bedroom units in the exact spot on the third floor starting with the one you were in. We loved this location at the time. I definitely think its because of the ME that it is now a very bad location to be in. You never know what you are going to get. We have had preferred view rooms behind the dumpster and we had a village green one bedroom unit two years ago that had ice cold water all week and since it was the 1st week in Dec the resort was fully booked. We got complimentary two night stay that I haven't used yet. I have always enjoyed the boardwalk view rooms and haven't had a stinker yet but the wear and tear is very noticeable in the grand villas. I guess my point is that there are alot of rooms with problems..its the luck of the draw if you get one.
