Note, I don’t recommend telling your 6 year old son to shake his “money makers” loudly in public because it stumped him for all of 3 seconds before you could literally see the lightbulb go on over his head and her turned around and shook his cute bum-bum for all the world to see!! That ROCKED! (he's a shy one most of the time!)

Look, look, look!! I am so excited I can hardly talk!!! It is 11:00 at night here and I was over on the DDP whin, I mean rant thread, and when I posted I saw that I HAVE BEEN TAGGED!!! I rushed right over here to my favorite trippie so I could share. I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight, I am just going to sit and stare at my tag. I am not sure if this is good or just a sad commentary on the lack of excitement in my life But I don't care I needed it today! It may be 11:00 at night but I believe the sun is shining and I think I hear blue birds singing!!!

AAhhh I feel like one of these is necessary

Love the new installment. This last trip was the first Disney trip were I planned an "easy" day. It didn't go all that bad, but we can do better! I love the Disney art as well. I even got my first sketch this year too. Spooky. But the only fun thing we started for pics was DD insisting that one must say "Epcot" instead of "cheese" for pictures when at Disney. She just loved to say it so much she needed an excuse!

(And congrats to S. Poppins on the tag - I am still waiting!)

Great installment!

I feel so cheated-- on our first "inexperienced" trip last year, the only stores we went to at DTD were Earl of sandwich and the big Disney store! I know--- shout it out, all together now ............ "ROOKIES!!!!"

And then after getting home and getting on the DIS-- I find out about all the great FUN things to do in DTD!!! We are totally doing what you did and taking a whole day to "CHILL" and include an afternoon to SHOP in DTD!!

I too have a heart-touching Precious moments grandmother connection. She's been gone 4 years now and we miss her very much and whenever I look at the figures she gave my kids --I get a tear!

Let's give it up to the Grannies!!!!

Hi Utahamama - I'm back from my trip-O-doom and recovering a little. It's so good to see your family enjoying a rest day - nothing like the pool-laundry combo! Also it looks like you had all of Downtown Disney to yourselves - what time of day were you there and how long did you stay? What a fantastic sketch - congratulations!
