Thanks Kerry! We love Hawaii...and one of our favorite family trips was the 10 night Wonder a few years ago...so we're certainly inclined to keep that booking.

My brother was on the same cruise was so disapointed, he wrote several letters and got the same response from Disney. I was a little surprised by Disney's response.

I did finally speak to someone at DCL. My main points were about issues pertaining to handicap access. you can check my trip report but I did mention some points about the handling of the storm and was assured that all my concerns were being taken seriously. I think giving any kind of onboard credit or anything for an itineray change would open a whole can of worms and everyone who ever was rerouted would demand compensation, and I'm sure they are right about that.
