Our original game plan for the evening was to go back to MK for the evening EMH, but we changed our minds at the last minute. We decided to go back to DTD instead and just walk around. Looking back on that decision, I think it was a good idea since we didnt have to fight the crowds and we could just take our time and relax.
Of course, she wanted to go on the little train ride once we arrived.
We have the exact same little train at one of the malls near us, and she is always just as excited to ride it. And she always picks the very front of the train to ride in.
I love that all the kids kept waving to the parents as they passed us by.
After her train ride, we headed over to the World of Disney. But first up, a quick photo op with Buzz Lightyear!
And we cant forget Mr. Potato Head!
Another quick stop to say hi to Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Then a stop over to say hi to her little feathered friends.
All of those photos were taken on our way over to the Merry-Go-Round.
And our little munchkin typically wants to ride the carousel by sitting in the stationary bench. Once again, doesnt look like shell be a little daredevil. I think she isnt a fan of the up and down motion of the horses.
However, she had made a little friend in line, so when he asked her to go sit by him in the tea cup, she jumped at that chance.
I kept telling her that the tea cup will spin around a bit to try to prepare her. I chatted a bit with the boys dad and he said he would try to slow the spinning down a bit, but you could tell that little boy was excited to spin it around and around.
You can see that she is already getting a bit apprehensive about the tea cup. So, before the carousel started up, we were back on the bench.
Much happier.
Wheeeeeeeee!
After our fun little ride on the carousel, we were back to wandering around DTD. Of course, I had to stop off and get an ornament to commemorate our vacation.
One last visit to the Hundred Acre Woods.
It was starting to get late by that point in time, so we said good night to Cinderella .
and headed back to the resort to sleep.
Up next: Braving the heat for more MK!
