Hi, we are looking for other companies that are not DVC. I need a 3 bedroom in the Fort Lauderdale area. Thanks!

Though DISboards are pretty knowledgeable as a whole, I would recommend you ask the TUG (Timeshare User Group) boards as you will most likely get better information. It's an external site.

Have you looked at booking through RCI's Rentals? They offer some rental inventory on cash rather than exchanging DVC points.

Edited to add: Getting a 3BR might be tough. Could you reach your goal using multiple 2BR units?

You can also look into VRBO or AirBnB. We have used both multiple times and have always been very happy.
