Other Dining Suggestions?...here is what I have so far..

Looking for some other dining suggestions for our upcoming vacation...Aug. 21-28th (staying at POP)....

Cast: Me, 36 Wife & Mom..obsessed with Disney
DH: 37...also loves Disney but not the planner!
DS: ages 9 and 4, both picky eaters!

So far:

Breakfasts: AK Character at Breakfastourus
1900 Park Fare

Lunch: Sci Fi at MGM

Dinner: Chef Mickey
Garden Grill
Crystal Palace
Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package

Do you think that is an overload of PS?....I was looking for another dinner suggestion...wanted to do a country in Epcot but the kids are picky.

For basic "fare" in a country I would recommend Le Cellier in Canada. We have eaten at Norway, China and Germany also, and I wouldn't recommend that for picky eaters, although if a country appeals to the adults, most places have a pretty basic children's menu.

The kids would also like Ohana's, it's fun, but not characters. I think Whispering Canyon also has kids things if you're looking for that. Would the boys like the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk??? Mine always did.

What are you defining as picky?

In World Showcase, maybe you could hit Alfredo's, as most kids will find pizza or pasta to their liking.

Or if you want to head out of Epcot slightly, I suggest the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club.

We did eat at Marrakesh and my kids both ate the food they got. My DD is the picky one. She likes meat of all types, but really enjoys chicken, but she is very picky when it comes to vegies. She eats corn, green beans and peas and that's it. She's really good about eating pasta, french fries, rice (loves rice) and masked potatoes. Can't remember exactly what she had there, but I know I would have remembered if it was a disaster.

Depending on how picky your kids are, and what they're picky about, they might like the food at Germany. It has several pork, chicken, and sausage dishes. It also has potatoes and pretzel bread, and tons of great desserts. And your boys will probably enjoy the setting and the show. Lots to see and look at.

in France has a kid's menu too (includes an ice cream dessert). I cannot remember the details but I know there's a fish (fried flounder?) and fries as well as other kid friendly dishes with no sauces. DDs 2 and 4 loved it in May. We ended up eating there twice. My DD 4 especially loved the comedian in front of the restaurant (I think he replaced the mimes or live statues?). He is WONDERFUL with the children - includes them in his act, makes balloon animals and hats, etc. We went back the 2nd night because our DDs enjoyed it so much the 1st night!
