Hi,
I'm visiting Disneyland Paris in October and I wanted to ask about plugging in my hair dryer which has 1875 watts.

I know I have to use the 2 prong adaptor when I'm in France, but do I have to use the 1600 watt converter too? Or is this just for appliances 1600 watts or less? If so, is there something else I need for my 1875 hair dryer? Or do I have to take a hair dryer with less wattage?

I know that the hotels probably have hair dryers but I'm more comfortable just taking my own.

Can anyone help me? Thanks!

The 1600watt converter cannot handle the 1875 dryer.
You'd be better off just using the hotel one.
