OT- Vacation Rentals in Quebec

This summer my BFF and I along with our respective families are going to rent a cottage on a lake some where in Quebec for a week. Has anyone ever done this? If so do you have any recomndations. I know Quebec is a huge place but we are not overly picky where we would stay. We are looking for lakefrontage and room for 4 adults 4 teens and 3 under 12. We are pretty flexible on the other details.

So any advice, experience or insight is always appreciated.

This summer we stayed in a two bedroom condo in Mt. Tremblant with our 4 kids. There was lots to do and it was reasonable.
