OT- Travel to Mexico with minor, not your own

Looks like requirements are changing if you are travelling to Mexico with a Minor not your own.

Always a good idea to always check if you travel any where with, your kids friends , grand kids or any other minor not your own, policies change.

Wow -- this is going to put a damper on number of trips to Mexico.
I can understand the requirement for a notarized letter, but to get it translated into Spanish and then authorized at the consulate is going to be overlooked and missed by a lot of travelers.
