I don't think he was actually trying to hit the baby. He also didn't hit the ball very hard.

I understand wanting the parents to remove the screaming baby, but that was typical spoiled brat behavior and he ought to be ashamed of himself.

Yeah he wasn't trying to hit the kid, he was just showing frustration, and made a really bad decision. Losing to Mardy Fish will do that to you I guess!
