OT- Praying to the Snow Day Fairy

Hi All ~ Do you all want a snow day tomorrow as much as I do? Sandra

Yes and No.

I would love one but we were just informed by our professor that our college NEVER closes and we have a test tomorrow. So if we miss due to the weather, we get ZERO and no chance for makeup.

So just hope there's no freezing rain tomorrow.

ME and DS had our snow day the other day when we were supposed to have flash freezing but it didn't end up happening. So really stayed home for nothing.

It it is a snow day tomorrow enjoy the downtime with your families.

Here's hoping that there is no freezing rain.

Good chance you will get your wish for that snow day. When I picked up my little one they told me BIG chance schools would be closed tomorrow, call before you get out.

I too hope for no freezing rain, I know nothing will keep my dh home.

Normally I do a snow dance but this time I had mixed feelings. I'm so glad to get to stay home today BUT my son is flying in from Calgary today.(I hope) I haven't seen him in 4 months as he's now working there and it is my dad's 85th birthday celebration this weekend--My son is the big birthday surprise for my dad. Ok everyone--enjoy your day off and brighteyes I hope your professor is proven wrong--if not good luck eith the test and getting to it.

Snow Day for the kids here in Mississauga today.

Just cleaned off the DW's car. She's trudged off to get the train.

All the TV stations are having 'Snowgasms" reporting on the storm.

We are going to GWL in Niagara Falls on Sunday....so we have a four day weekend! YIPPEE again!

I'm going to tidy the house, made a great dinner [THANK GOD I GROCERY SHOPPED TWO DAYS AGO], have a nap, play outside, do my treadmill, play with my Facebook page.....I just started my page yesterday!

Ok, enough already--my son has landed--IN LONDON instead of Hamilton. He called form the plane and said Westjet is deciding what to do with them. Both the Westjet web page and the Hamilton Airport page has the flight as "arrived". They neglect to tell us where they have arrived.

He is finally home--4 hours after landing in London, he was bussed to Hamilton--I found it odd that Westjet didn't provide a lunch for this plane load of people. Oh well, he's home now and the surprise for my dad is back on. Hope everyone else enjoyed the snow day.
