OT- Ordering form Old Navy Canada

Just wondering if anyone has ordered from ON online? I placed an order on Saturday and have a confirmation #, etc. Curious how long it took you to get your order.

I found their shipping to be slow.

I ordered on Sept 26 they didn't ship the package out until October 4 and I received it on October 7. So it was a week + one day until it left the warehouse. It was shipped Xpresspost so it arrived quickly.

I did order from both the gap and old navy so I don't know if that slowed down the order fulfillment.

I ordered last week Oct 28. Got an email yesterday Nov 1 saying it got shipped out and that it will be arriving on Nov. 10. Slow but it was free shipping with purchase of $50. Free is good, so I can't complain.

It must come from Ontario b/c I did 6 orders last week (during the coat deal!) and I have already received 2/6....the others are shipped.

I, too, ordered the coat deal last week and rec'd it today.
This is my 3rd time ordering from Old Navy or the Gap. I found my order from the Gap took almost 2 wks.
You will receive another email once the order has been shipped. Mine said it would be here by Nov 9 and came Nov 2.

I put an order in on Sat Oct 30. I haven't received a shipping notice yet though. I ordered through the Aeroplan e-shopping portal and got 5x the Aeroplan miles. Everything was so cheap that I didn't get that many miles though.

I have 4 orders
2 of them arrived 2 days after I ordered them, one sent out the same day arrived the next day. The forth which I ordered the day after the three, has yet to be shipped 7 days later. They are saying it will arrive on Nove 9, which means it should be shipped soon.

I had an order take 28 days! I kept calling and no one could tell me what was going on... Just that it was still "in process". When it finally shipped they over-nighted it! I won't order again if it's needed by a certain date, but for basics or a great sale, I'd do it again.

I placed two orders on Sunday, October 31 and had one order by Tuesday, November 2 and the other before 8 am today! Great for my first experience!

About a week after I received the Conf email. It was a slow IMHO, but free, as others stated. Everything fit, so that was my concern...I hate the return stuff.

I always google codes as well. I had LOULOU15 for an additional 15% off.

I have placed two orders. The first order was a mess in terms of shipping. They promise you that your order will be shipped within 9 business days. I got it on the 11th business day. The Canadian warehouse is located in Bolton Ontario, which is only an hour from my house! But that order was done during their huge Sweet 16 sale. I called to complain and they were really nice about it all, offering me 15% off future online orders. I decided to give them one more chance when they had that outer50 promotion and I stacked 3 discounts together and got a frost free jacket for $12 for my daughter that retailed for $59.50 regular! I ordered enough for free shipping and this time, it took exactly 5 business days. So I am now a once again, happy Old Navy online shopper. It is actually cheaper sometimes ordering online especially when you can find online codes to use and you can stack multiple codes! I have also returned an online item to the store, and it was no problem.

You are lucky, my order from Oct 27, just shipped yesterday.

Seems to be hit or miss with them.

Thanks everyone for your input. I haven't received a "shipped" email yet, just the order number and confirmation. My credit card hasn't been charged yet either.

Not in a big hurry so I don't mind waiting and as so many mentioned, shipping was free I also used the loulou 15 code for an extra 15% off.

I placed an order, I rec'd the "order is shipped email " about 4-5 days after the order, I was not impressed with that turn around. The shipped email, stated approx 9 business days to arrive ! That made me madder, but the order was at my door the next day!
I was in ON yesterday and some of the items I ordered are now on sale in the store, but other items are full price, I guess it balances out?

Ok we are now at 1 week since the order was placed and still no shipped email. I have my order placed number and think its time to give them a call.

I finally got a "shipped" email today a week after I put the order in. It had a tracking number that I looked up on Canada Post website and it says it will be here on Tuesday
