I wish, the day care/early learning I send my two nuts/princesses, teach them everything. including the date of their bday, english and spanish, how to tell time so now i can't even get away with five minutes bieng twenty mins. you gotta love that one.
Mine will rattle off his birthdate in a second, but he doesn't have a clue when that date actually falls on a calendar, so we freely move it around. However, I think this will be the last year of that.
He now tells me that it's been longer than five minutes, so he is getting better about time. When it comes to days, any day before today is yesterday (even if it was a year ago!) and any day after today is tomorrow. He is however learning to indentify the next day as "when I wake up" v. some other point in the future (which is still tomorrow).
This age cracks me up.
Really, though, do yourself a favor and relax a little. We weren't going to take DS with us when we went a few years ago (he was 22 months old). My mom was injured a few days before we went (bye-bye childcare) so we packed him up and went anyway. I was not able to change our reservations, but we went to CRT and le Cellier with him without any issues. We just showed up and they were fine with him. On the downside, we missed two reservations for CRT in the last two years. We missed one due to DH being ill and crashing at the hotel and one due to my son having a meltdown from too many days at Disney. (They were kind enough to refund my money even though they didn't have to as we cancelled earlier both days). It is frustrating to see your careful planning not work out, but that's life.
Go, have fun and focus on the positive things.
