OT-need to feed a lot of people cheap

Another vote for pulled pork!! Super easy to make and should stay warm in the crock pot...get some cole slaw, potato salad, bbq sauce, and potato buns and you are all set...we sometimes put them in tortillas as well instead of potato buns...

it really goes a long way and pork is very affordable!!!!

I LOVE pulled pork, but not everyone does...I have 32 employees and I can make baked ziti w/meat sauce, bread & salad for 32 for super cheap. It is hard to find someone who does not like pasta.

4 oversized jars of sauce, Francesco Rinaldi $8
2 lbs ground beef, on sale ,brownded $8ish
4 1lbs packages of Barilla ziti $4
2 1b packages mozzarella cheese $4
2 2lb spring mix salad (walmart) $6
2 loaves Walmart french bread, sliced $3

then I make the salad w/veggies I have on hand, I home-make the dressing. I doctor up the Rinaldi sauce (the sweet tomato basil) and add the ground beef to it...this makes like 2 huge catering pans of baked ziti, a huge salad, then the bread is already sliced by Walmart. This is a big, filling meal and there is always plenty for my associates. I do this a few times a year.

Baked Ziti is a go to dish for such occassions.
I usually end up making 2, one with meat, one without.

When events come up, I actually get requests now. (especially football players;)

I have a large roaster with 3 compartment, chicken wings work great in this, you can oven fry all of them, divide, then add different sauce's, plain, bbq, buffalo sauce or what every you like, bring a bottle of ranch and blue cheese, and cut up some carrots and celery. You can get the large family packs or wings at Sam's or warehouse store. Use store brand sauces, and dressing. I did this for a party, I had the sauces and dressings on hand, I bought 2 or 3 gaint packages at Sams of chicken wings, for about 25 dollars, and pick up the celery and carrots at the farmer's market, for under 5 dollars, so 30 dollars total is what I put out, and there was not one wing left.

I was thinking Mac & Cheese in the crock pot. We had that at our DD's open house this summer and it went over well.
