OT - Need help with Stockings

Hi everyone, I've got baby brain and can't remember what I've put in the boys stockings the last few years. Can you all help me? What does Santa put in the stockings for the kids? I remember getting fruit and candy as a child.
Help? I'll be going out later this afternoon to do more shopping.

At our house, Santa puts little toys and trinkets, along with some candy / chocolate. Sometimes an orange at the bottom in the toe, but my littlest won't eat them yet, so probably not. I have girls, so I'm not totally up on little boy "stuff" ... we are more into princesses, hello kitty, nail polish, stickers, combs, etc. I would imagine little Hot Wheels would be great for little boys' stockings ... small lego kits, playdough, miniature characters (Spiderman, etc), small puzzles, Kinder Surprise, crayons, pencils, etc. I remember when I was a kid we (brother and I) always collected those O-Pee-Chee hockey sticker books ... we would get a new book beside the stocking and then a HUGE handful of packs of stickers ... do these still exist? I know there are princess books like this

Good luck ... I have no desire to be out doing any shopping today, other than to pick up a fruit platter that I have ordered for tomorrow morning ....

.."tengamo" (sp) is big this year..? We got some at WlMart for $3.00 or so...some kind of jacks game?

..and a good gift in the toe,,this year, it's a Spongebob season 1 or 2...typing fast so they don't see!!!

Candy, socks, underwear, hair stuff, CDs, pencils, pens, erasers, makeup, little toys.

I always fill them with stuff from the dollar store and stuff like tooth brushes travel size stuff too
