OT - My son's townhouse in Brampton, Ontario is for sale

Just in case anyone is looking for a place. The house is lovely and the location is perfect - walking distance to a ravine/park with bike trails and hiking trails, a rec centre, two grocery stores, a Chapters bookstore, restaurants and more shopping, yet the street itself is a nice residential area. New deck in backyard, new hardwood floors, fireplace in living room, etc. It's been on the market less than two weeks -they had an offer last week but the people's financing fell through, so it's back up.

We're trying to plan a Disney trip and they need to have this place sold before we can finalize plans!

We know what that's like. We just sold our townhouse. We couldn't get closing dates to match for our new and old places. We're spending part of our "houseless period" at the WDW. Our house closes on November 30th. We leave for WDW on December 1st. We don't move in to our new place until mid-Jan. The end of November is going to be crazy trying to pack and get ready for vacation, but it's gotta be better than keeping the house ready for showings and wondering when it's going to sell.

Good luck to your son in selling his place. In our experience, when there's one offer that quickly, others follow.
