OT: Muzzy?

Has anyone here ever used this program? I found it on special today. All the languages for one low price. It said it was a special for the 20th anniversary. If it has been around that long I thought it may actually be a very good program. I would like some positive reviews before I pay $200 for it.

MUZZY ROCKS!!! Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! I remember using it in my college Spanish class back in 1990 (oooh, I'm dating myself)...and it was REALLY a great program. We bought it for our little even though she's only six months old, but we figured that by the time she's 2, we'll be watching it with her.

My daughter has been watching Muzzy french snice she was 1, now 2.5 she mixes both french and english words, it's great.
The spanish on Muzzy is european and there is a difference, so we are not using that one.

Do you know what the difference is. I have family that is from Mexico and lives there part of the year. I wanted ds to learn Spanish from this program and I ordered it. Is it big differences?

The difference is some the vocabulary and pronounciation.
My husband speaks fluent european spanish, and he can just about muddle through a conversation with a native speaker of south american spanish.
We are going to use rossetta stone when she is 6, but we do watch handy manny in spanish so she is starting to hear the language and she now knows some of her colours, and numbers.
