We are planning a ski trip to Quebec during March Break.

Anyone know where to stay in Mont Tremblant or Mont Ste. Anne? We prefer a condo with a kitchen. We can drive to the ski hill so we don't need ski in/ski out proximity.

Hoping to spend a night in Montreal too to catch a hockey game at Bell Centre. Any ideas where to stay? Again, we can drive to the arena or can we take a subway there? Is it a safe area?

Thanks!

Can't speak for Tremblant, but Mont Ste-Anne has a couple of nice places that have condo-like appartments right on the mountain. PM me and I'll get you the exact name because it's escaping me at the moment. ( All I can think of is Chateau Mont-Ste Anne, but I'm pretty sure that's the more "hotel" place there, there are condos we've stayed at before there that are quite nice ).

For Montreal, if you stay in and around the Bell Center, you shouldn't have too much to worry safety-wise. the grimier places are more in the east end of downtown and it's kind of more in the party area of downtown. Basically stay well west of St-Laurent blvd and you should be okay.

We skied Mt Tremblant last year and stayed at the Country Inn and Suites. We had a 1 bedroom--2 queens (may have been doubles) plus a pull out couch. Full kitchen to cook in with all plates, pots etc. They also offer a great continental breakfast but more like a full breakfast of sorts--cereal, boiled eggs, omlettes, pastries, cheese, fruit--more than enough to fill you up before you ski. The "Tremblant" village is full of hotels, and walking distance to restaurants etc. Great place and we may go back this year if we can swing the $$

Enjoy
