We went to Wonderland yesterday, and had a great time. In recent years, I've become nervous about roller coasters, and didn't want that to mar our upcoming trip to Universal, so I was looking forward to yesterday as an exercise in conquering my fears. It was a smashing success, and worked well for DS also.

We tried twice to ride the Italian Job, but it suffered breakdowns both times. I'm thinking this may be Wonderland's version of Test Track. That said, we stuck to below level 5 rides, and didn't experience anything severe in the way of lineups. Orbiter, MineBuster, DragonFyre, Knightmare, ClockWork were all less than 10 minute waits. We did wait about 45 minutes each for Tomb Raider and The Fly, but considered both of those worth it. Thunder Run and Vortex were also quite reasonable, maybe 20 minutes. Anyway, we had a great time.

Glad to hear you had a good time! We took our kids last Tuesday and also had a great day. The line ups were minimal and the weather perfect!

We also had the same experience with Italian Stunt ride. DH and 4 of the kids waited in line for over an hour because they were only using 1 car - well, then the other car broke down and they stopped the ride. They got out of line after 2 hours and never did get to ride it. That was the only line and downer of the day.

We went a week ago Tuesday and there were a multitude of school trippers there. The Italian job had a 2 hour wait and it is nothing like Test track. Al the lines were atleast a 30 minute wait while we were there so we spent most of the day at the water park side.

My comparison wasn't between the types of rides. I meant that the Italian Job is like Test Track in that Test Track is always breaking down as well. Did you find even the minor rides were a 30 minute wait? Things like Orbiter (I always want to say Astro-Orbiter for some reason) and the Clockwork? We found them to be ignored. We didn't make it to the waterpark, though.

Next year is shaping up to be a non-Florida theme park year, so maybe we'll buy season passes.

Yes even the kids area was busy the kids waited for an hour to ride the Scooby Doo haunted mansion thing the only rides with no wait were the swans and the cars and trains everything else was a tremendous wait. The biggest problem is we are always comparing it to WDW especially the que lines atleast @ Disney they keep you occupied with music and scenery unlike Wonderland where it is concrete and chainlink fences.
