OT: mall santa and mall decorations

let me just start by saying, thank goodness it's the same santa that we have seen for 10years now. On the down side... they completely changed the holiday decor at the mall and there are no more reindeers. I LOVED the reindeers! now it's "winter wonderland". (this is at tyson's corner mall in northern va). has anyone been yet? we are going nov 29th since kate is off school. We are trotting over to fair oaks mall (also northern va) today to see the narnia snow globes though. that could be interesting. I should make santa a scrapbook, but he'd think I was insane I'm sure. maggie

OHHH Fair Oaks has Narnia snowglobe. I will have to chck it out! Lakeforest (same comp. as fair oaks) has the same old decorations. We went to White Flint on Saturday and it was pretty and they has a hug ride on train driving around the bottom floor.

um yeah, no don't bother with the narnia snow globes. not worth the trip. the other big problem with them besides the fact that they are not exciting at all.... it's also the line to see santa. that's not going to be pretty. maggie

come over here to my county!!!! Glad you reported there is really nothing I needed over there. But hmmm the Narnia attraction will be open right as we are in Disney
