I was wondering if anyone could recommend a physio in the Toronto area - preferably in the North York or downtown Toronto area. I'm having some problems with my knee related to running and my doctor gave me a prescription to go see someone but she didn't gave me a name
Any ideas as to what I should be looking for in a physio? I did a quick search on Google and there seems to be a lot of them out there.
TIA!

(that's the answer I always get from my friends). So I'd rather not travel to Mississauga if I can avoid it. I made an appointment with a PT on the recommendation of a friend - it turns out their office/gym is around the corner from me. We'll see how that goes - if I don't like them, I might end up asking you for the name you have
The person who made my appointment assured me that the chiro and the PT will do the same thing. I think she missed the part where I said I had a prescription for a PT. Oh well, my fault too for not clarifying either until after the 24 hr cancellation period passed
My insurance covers PT and chiropractic services separately so I guess I'll go and see what happens.
