Hi All ~ I hit a plateau with my weight. I started more weight training, so I added muscle. I also had a couple of cheat days....not too bad, just added extra calories. I know I'll start losing again, but I hate plateaus. Sandra
 
Plateaus are rough, how long has it been?

Have you checked out weightwatchers.ca There is lots of good information.
 
I went to 186lbs 11 days ago and nothing lost since. I'm not near my "water-retention" days but I did have a couple of cheat days and lots of muscle conditioning days, less cardio.

It was inevitable, but I still don't like it! :confused:
 

I feel the plateau is on the verge of breaking, but not this morning. I'm still motivated thou! :) Sandra
 
Are you drinking lots of water? I am a WW and that is a key with that program!
 
You really are doing a great job Sandra.....stick with it.

Changing things up is the way to kick start your metabolism.

Keep up the hard work!!!
