We will be in Detroit, seats on the floor (I think we're section 1, row 3). Don't know if everyone knows but Katee was injured over the Thanksgiving weekend :( She had Joshua slipped and fell during Hometown Glory in one of the Texas shows and Katee has been very sore ever since. Lately she has only been dancing in "No Air" on the tour. Over the weekend Kherington did the door routine with Twitch in her place. I'm hoping she's up to dancing a little more this weekend. Tour won't be the same without her or her dances.

We are going to Detroit too!

Can't wait - but sad to hear of the injuries to Katee. I am hoping that she is able to dance the door routine. That is the one my kids really want to see and the one with the guy who is always busy with his work and has no time for his woman (can't rememeber what it is called but the girls almost cry every time they see it!)

We up in the arena seats - by the time I could get tickets they only had floor seats at the back and I did not want them so we are close to the stage just in the seats. I have a 10 year old and she needs to be able to see too!

What are your plans for the day?? We do not know whether we should eat when we get to Port Huron and not worry about it in Detroit (there is nothing around Joe Louis Arena)

Have fun! We will!

Mark and Chelsie are definitely doing "Bleeding Love" (the working husband routine). That's one of my favourites, too. My daughter dances here until 1:30 pm. After that, we're heading straight to Detroit. I'm thinking I'm going to cross at Windsor so I'm right downtown as soon as I cross. We're staying overnight at the Holiday Inn downtown. I know there's a food court in the Renaissance Center but I'm note exactly how far that is from Joe Louis Arena. I thought I'd get there, check in to the hotel and then figure out what's around there. If you have the time and are going to Port Huron, it's easy to find places to eat.

If you see a mom and 8-year-old daughter with a black and pink sign with silver sparkles that says "I <3 Katee" that's us :)

We will look for you!

We might also go and park in Greek town, find a good place to eat and then take the people mover to Joe Louis Arena. Will see how the day goes!

We went to see SYTYCD in Tulsa a couple of weeks ago. The show was 3 hours, with a 30 minute intermission. We loved it. They all did a great job and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were seated on the floor, but moved up to the first level since we could not see over people's heads. Have Fun!:dancer:

WOW, WOW, WOW - we loved the show last night. We were 19 rows up from the floor on the right hand side of the stage and could see everything.

They are just amazing dancers and I loved how the show was produced!

We parked in Greek Town went to Pizza Papalis and then took the people mover to Joe Louis Arena, so when we got back to our car we were on the freeway in no time and on our way home!

We had a great time, too, and even braved the blustery temps to do the meet n greet after the show (got my pic with Joshua!) Next year, though, I am not staying in downtown Detroit! Yikes is all I can say!

Really? Where did you stay? We took the people mover back to Greek Town and had to walk a couple of blocks to our car and I was amazed at how clean and quiet it was.

How did you know about the meet & greet? My girls would have loved that!
