Pretty OT but this is my fav board, and this is ultimately budget-related. :lmao:

Confirmed on an ultrasound today that I'm 8 weeks pregnant so that means we brought home an anniversary trip souvenier from Disney!!! :woohoo: I'm so over the moon excited that we have a little one on the way, and am tickled to death that we conceived in Disney no less (DH kept telling me, "noooo it was the week before").

Let the saving begin!! (ok, well, continue ;)) I'll be around here much much more as I get back into my saving mindset. I used to be here everyday but let my frugal habits die a little with getting engaged/married. Time to strap back down and prepare for June and beyond! :goodvibes

Great news..... now you will have to come up with a disney name for the prince or princess ;-)

You just think it is free!:rotfl: Just wait...
Congratulations and I hope you have a quick, painfree delivery of a happy, healthy baby :)

:lmao::rotfl:

I was thinking the same thing!!

I've raised me up some kids, and they sure aren't free.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, what a great story to tell this little one!!

Of course, pressure is on to have the second baby have just as amazing of a story. Oh dear, just pregnant and I'm already planning your next kid. :goodvibes

Congratulations!!!

I dare you to refer to it as "Mini" (see that's gender neutral) until you know the gender... then you can change the spelling if it's a girl, or "Mickey/Mortimer" if it's a boy. :)

Oh congrats!!! How exciting. Both of mine were conceived at Disney. my username is my eldest child whose name is Codi and we added mouse since in utero. lol
The youngest was almost born at MK!

What a fantastic gift. The most precious souvenir.

Congrats to the most expensive free souvenir you can get on a trip.

I agree - we brought one home from our cruise 5 years ago. DH says it turned out to be the most expensive trip we've ever taken!! Congrats and hope you have a happy, healthy pregnancy!

So true!! It's the gift that keeps on costing money! :goodvibes

Congrats on your new bundle!! DS is a June baby, great time of year for a new bundle of joy!

Congratulations! That is wonderful! My DD wasn't conceived at Disney but we found out about her while on our trip to the Food & Wine festival back in 2006. We had no idea I was pregnant. It was quite a surprise. But an amazing surprise!
