OT-Disney store 1-800 #?

Hi everyone. Wondeirng if anyone knows of a 1-800 number for Disney Store. We went to Detroit on the weekend and bought one of those mini-doll kits thta you dress up and the outfits are made of rubber (anyone kwim?) Anyway, the doll broke the first day of being played with. It has snapped from the plastic inside moulding which shouldn't happen. Apparently Disney stores here will replace it with receipt but the closest one is an hour and a half drive and I just don't have the time at Christmastime. I'm hoping to call and get it replaced. If not, I'll have to break out the crazy glue. TIA!

It's been awhile since I worked at the stores but I don't recall there being a 1-800 number for all the stores. In general, the Canadian stores will have the phone numbers for all the other Canadian stores. Especially if you have the receipt, you do have some time to exchange (60 days with the original bill). Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Hope it works out.

Can't help you with the #, but just wanted to mention we have a few of those polly-style Disney dolls, and they are not made very sturdy. The heads pop off really easily and we've had one break like you've mentioned. I 've been able to pop the heads back on, but I threw away the broken one. The clothes are also much harder for little hands to get on and off -- Polly pockets seem to have more stretch.

My DDs love playing with them, especially their "rooms". But, they're not the best quality.
