This is kind of off topic of pins but it does relate and I'd like to share.

I had a nightmare last night. I dreamed that I posted to a thread here on the DIS Collector's and the words that posted were not the words I typed. No matter what I tried to do to edit the post, it just got worse. It was like my keyboard was possessed. I don't know what the thread was even about but what was posted was NASTY. It insulted people and had name calling and SWEAR WORDS :earseek:

Everyone was mad at me. I got a ton of nasty emails. I tried to reply to the emails to explain....but the same thing happened. :(

I woke up with a start and sat right up in bed. Thank God it was just a nightmare. I used to have "restaurant nightmares" when I was working 50 hours a week at the restaurant. In that nightmare I had 20 tables to wait on and everyone was screaming at me about how long their order was taking, and the cooks all quit.....you can just imagine. Those stopped when I cut down my hours.
Now I'm having DIS nightmares. What does that tell you????

Of course, I did go back and check the first post I made today. Just in case!! :D

~Kathie... remind me to talk to you about that post of yours I had to edit :D :D :D

just kidding!

Gosh, Kathie!

I'd hate to think that you have to reduce your hours among us to alleviate this nightmare problem. :(

I think before you resort to that, you should pursue other solutions . . . Like new pillows, or a warm drink before retiring, or a special filter on your PC just in case you falter . . . :D

OMG Kathie!!!! ROTFLM(bleep)O!!!

Reminds me of the night (right before I was leaving for Mickey's House) that I dreamt that I was unpacking at my hotel and realized I had left my traders home!!! Yikes!! Talk about nightmare!!!!

Don't you hate when those dreams seem so real that you wake up disoriented and it takes a few minutes to realize that it was only a dream? And how come the really good ones like the one where I was making out with....oh never mind....why don't those seem so real when you wake up? :D

Kathie.......you are too funny! I thought I was the only one who had nightmares that make me sit straight up in bed. Mine are related to a fire in the house and not being able to get a dial tone to call the fire department. These are always triggered by something traumatic in the news. Can you imagine how many times this foolish dream has been repeated in the past six weeks?
Thank God we have the DIS and WDW and pins to take our minds off the outside happenings for a little while. See you in Florida in 30 days........Charlene

Did you know I was into dream analysis? ;) My oldest sister literally wrote a book on it.

Wow! I haven't had a dream ( sleeping, that is) about pins, but a friend of mine who lives in Florida and aids my pin addiction did.
She dreamed she bought pins for me, and all the "little dangle-y things were falling off." What a dedicated friend! She was so concerned about getting the pins to me in good condition.
Anyone else who has dreamed of pins? ( while sleeping, that is - we all dream of special pins when we are awake)
