OT--Cost of new tires for pop-up?

Hello all you camping experts! I'm looking to replace the tires on my '97 Coleman Sun Ridge (finally! for the first time, I might add! I know--it's about time!) and was just wondering what to expect regarding cost.
Anyone know?

if i remember correct we put radails on our camper a fews years back from the
dealer and they where about 47.00 each give or take.

The one we replaced so far on our popup was $40 in Fallbrook, AZ.

(Purchased from a tire place near the KOA where we discovered that we'd lost our tread back on the highway. Thank goodness those KOA folks give great advice!)

Tires are given different load ratings. Most dealers are careful to make sure the replacement tire is the same rating or better. I had an old Apache popup, that weighed a lot. I had to buy a more expensive tire, although there were cheaper ones the same size, with a lower rating.

You might try a couple of websites like rvnet or popupexplorer that have forums for popups. Lots of help with tires there. Sometimes the tires from the regular tire store don't have the side strength needed for the popup, not that I know about these things, just something I read on the website. We too have a coleman, a 2002 westlake that we will replace the tires on next years and I think we will go with a recommended tire for popups.

Tires on my Coleman Utah were $150 for the set. Radials plus I had them ballanced. Made a big improvement in the towing.

i changed my coleman tires , i had duro tires but could not find them any where.if you look online you will find alot of differnt brands some said this was the best or that was the best ,who knows. try the dealer or cammping world. cost about 50.00 each came with rims . i have carlise load range c and they are just fine no problem.
