OT - Chelsea, S. Kensington or Notting Hill for vacation rental

I need your opinion. I'm trying to plan a vacation to London for the 3rd week of June and the apartment rental company has given us a list of apartments in Chelsea, South Kensington and Notting Hill - I need advice as to which would be better for us. We've decided on a holiday apartment rental because getting 2 hotel rooms is just way too expensive!

We are a family of 4 with 12 & 14 year old girls. We are also thinking of getting the London Pass with Travel so that we're able to see all the sights in London. In addition, we're going to take tours to Stonehenge, Warwick Castle, Warner Bros. Studio (yep, we're all Harry Potter fanatics) and Bath.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

How long are you coming to England for? Stonehenge, Warwick Castle, and Bath aren't exactly close to London.

Chelsea, South Kensington and Notting Hill are all areas of London that are ok to stay in. I'd say South Kensington and Notting Hill are best for the tube.
