OT but how awful do the DTD parking garages look?

Do you have a picture of it? Is it just exposed concrete and blah like the Contemporary? Nothing could be worse than a surface parking lot. They are all ugly and a complete waste of space.

I haven't seen them and they may very well not be pleasing to look at, but I don't think in DTD they are a waste of space. Parking there was always a nightmare and I can only imagine what it has been like lately. they could have put them somewhere less conspicuous but they were needed desperately.

I believe from seeing some pics the garages at least will have some sort of design to make them look at least a bit appealing,but yeah they were needed.Here's a pic of the way they should look when completed showing a garage and the bridge leading from I-4 to the garage.

The parking garage will ease the parking space availability issue. In turn it will allow even more people to come to DTD and make it even more crowded there on a weekend.

Makes more sense than adding more surface lots that would be farther away to walk. They should do it at the parks and get rid of the trams.

They can't go underground because of the water table.

I actually prefer generic ones. I've seen a few that have tried to theme or look interesting. They still look like parking garages, just parking garages with really expensive decoration.
