OT: Best Wii Games w/balance board?

We have had the Wii for a few years, but dont have Wii Fit & balance board. It will be one of the big family gifts this year. Wondering which games might be the best ones to get to go with it. I have 2 girls and a boy - ages 12, 10 and almost 9. Any suggestions?

Get the Wii Fit PLUS, which comes with extra balance board games.

For now, I'd say stick with those. There are some games on Wii Ware that you could check out (a snowboarding game, and a couple more). These cost about $10 each.

I would give your kids a lot of time to get used to the balance board before investing in more games. It's actually very difficult to master! I've had mine for over a month and I still sort of stink at a lot of the games that require shifting my weight around (and, to be frank, I'm in very good shape, not tall, and a not overweight at all!). I consider myself to be very athletic, but this thing kicks my butt!

Also Mario and Sonic at the winter olympics. I haven't played it yet but DS's did at their Aunts and love it.

Totally agree with this! There are so many games with the Wii Fit Plus that it will entertain for some time to come. Get ready to laugh until it hurts watching each other!
