OT: Best Cell Phone Provider

Sorry, I was away for awhile, but now I'm back.

Our cell phone provider keeps giving us less and less for more and more. So, my question is: Who can I sign up with for pay as you go that will cost me the least per month? Who has the longest rollover time? Who doesn't shorten the time every year or less? Who can I use in Florida? I know you guys know everything, help a girl out.
