OT-Are there any survey sites where you can earn Carnival cruise gift cards?

I currently participate in MyPoints and Sunshine rewards but neither of these reward you with Carnival. Just wondering if there are any survey sites that do.

That would be great. We are going on a Carnival Cruise in March. I know My Points just started getting the Visa Gift Cards. You could get that and then call Carnival and get something from them. I know they cost more points so I just cashed out for a $100 Walgreens card and plan to use that to buy a Visa Gift Card there. Hope it works. I know in the past I was able to buy other gift cards at Walgreens with a Walgreens Gift Card - and it is less points.

Oooh, that's a good idea! I hope they still will let you do that. I know Kohls used to let you buy the restaurant gift cards they sell with their gift cards before Christmas and now they will not.

Those Visa Gift Cards on MyPoints take a lot of points! Here's what I do sometimes: I find a card for a place that I will shop at anyway that has the best redemption rate, like WalMart, Kmart, BP Gas, etc. I get that card and then take the cash that I would have spent at the store and put it in savings to use on whatever I originally wanted that they did not have a card for.

Example: right now you can get a $50 BP card for 7,250 points or a $50 Visa card for 9,800 points. I would get the BP card and take $50 form my gas budget when it arrives and use that cash toward the Carnival cruise or whatever. Right now, there are soem even better deals taht that for $50 cards (Williams Sonoma 6,750 pts, Stapels 6,750 pts, Omaha Steaks 6,350 pts, etc). However, those are place I wouldn't normally shop at, so that is not a good deal for me.

Just posting an update. I had cashed in My Points and got 2- $50 Walgreens Gift Cards. I went to Walgreens and bought a $100 Disney Gift Card and then swiped my Walgreens Gift Cards thru their little machines. Worked just fine. So, I am going to start doing that and saving Disney Gift Cards for our next trip. (Even though I don't know when that would be)

I was going to get the Visa Gift Cards, but I know those start charging a fee after a year or so if you don't use them. But, if you were going to use them soon you could do that and then use the Visa Card to get a Carnival Cruise Line Credit....
