I'm going to try 2 free classes next week and then see from there. I am very fit and do long distance running and weights but the weights are starting to bore me. Thought I might replace them with Bikrams. I know if will be really hard given the heat and contorting my body in ways that just seem plain wrong.
Can anyone out there tell me about their experiences? TIA.
