OT: Anyone here near Naples,Maine

Wasn't sure where I could post this off topic question. I'm hoping I can find someone in the Naples Maine area who might be able to help with hotel suggestions.

DH's grandmother lives in Naples and is 94 y.o. (She lives with a "younger man" - he is in his 80s ). Anyway, dh just decided we should go up for a couple of days prior to 7/4. So I am trying to find a hotel for 6/30, 7/1 & 7/2 and am having no luck because of holiday week. Our dd is 3.5 and it would just too much for us to stay with them. We are looking for something clean and modern (none of those ramshackle by the side of the road motels if you know what I mean).

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. TIA

Not from Naples, but we camp in North Waterford, Me. every Aug. How about The Bethel Innn ? It's not in Naples, but it's just a short ride. We have stayed there, and it is beautiful. There are also some places in Norway and Paris, and they are right down the road. Good luck !

Hi. I am from Bridgton which is the next town over from Naples. There is not anything modern in the area. All lodging is mostly family run road side motels. There is a fancy bed and breakfast called the Long Lake Inn in the center of Naples. I am not sure if you will have luck given that it is the holiday week. South Portland has a number of chain hotels. I think I would stay there before I went to Bethel, but that is just me. It would take 30-40 minutes to drive to Naples depending on traffic. You might want to consider staying in North Conway, NH which is 30-40 minutes in the other direction and they have a ton of outlets and it is close to Storyland which would be the perfect little amusement park for you DD. There is a Hampton Inn and Suites there that has an indoor water park too. PM me if you have any more questions.
