OT: Anyone have a favorite Keurig K-Cup they'd like to reccomend ???

I have a few favorites, Donut Shop, Green Mountain Half Cafe, Folgers and cafe escapes Chai Latte

The Chai Latte from Cafe Escapes is amazing. My co-worker turned me on
to that one.

I don't drink coffee, so dh tried a few hot chocolates for me (also I was pregnant when he first got it, so he was smart to keep me in coco!) From that point of view I can tell you the hc kcups are bad- powder stays in the cup. Just get some good packets and use the keruig for the hot water.

My dh's favorite coffee is Jet Fuel, with enough caffeine to take off...

I love the coffee people donut shop....but my coffee maker died so now I have all these cups AND AM USING A REGULAR COFFEE MAKER :-(...guess at some point I'll re invest but kinda disapointed it lasted 6 months!!!! maybe I'll just use bottled water or my Brita to fill it. I followed the directions to use vinegar to clean it occ. too!

Have you contacted Keurig? One of our machines started acting up eight or so months after we bought it, so I called them, and answering a few questions and performing a few tests, they sent out a BRAND NEW one at no charge. All we had to send back was the interior cup reservoir (the place where you put your cup can be detached from the rest of the machine) as proof of purchase, so no high shipping charges.

I would give that a try!

So hard to pick a favorite when there are so many good flavors! Current favorites are Timothy's German Chocolate Cake, Green Mountain French Toast & Green Mountain Island Coconut (add in some Almond Joy creamer, yum!)

Please contact Keurig, I just had them replace my FOURTH machine under warranty. Their customer service is fantastic, all they ask is that I send back the old K cup piece to prove that the old machine is out of commission.

I just tried the Ice Tea K-cup lemon flavored on Saturday. A guy at Best Buy was handing out free samples of the K-cups. It was fantastic, he even had ice with him. I don't really drink coffee, at least not daily. But they might have converted me over.

Lets just say the Dis keeps me spending my money. I got a Keurig for my birthday. I just spent $60 for bunches of K-cups. I will let you know what my favorites after I try them all. I bought most of the flavors mentioned in this thread. Thanks Dis for keeping me broke

My favorite is Wolfgang Pucks Chefs Reserve. It tadtes like a fancy restaurant coffee. Second is WP Rodeo Dr.

My likes are pretty simple. I like the basic Caribou coffee, the Bigelow green tea and for a bold taste the Green Mountain Sumatran Reserve.

The hot chocolate (dark chocolate!) and apple cider are great also

Newman's extra bold
Folgers lively columbian
Tully kona ( I think )

Hated the "brew over ice" flavored teas - a lot.

I agree! I bought a whole box of the french toast cups because everyone raved about them and I don't really like them much at all. Lesson learned - don't buy a box until you have tried them first!

Tea drinker and do not like coffee at all. I know heresy. I am thinking about getting one for when friends come over and to make tea. Are there enough non-fruity teas? Would it be worth getting one?

Faves: Island Coconut, Celestial Tea, Peppermint Tea, Sugar Bush Maple, Donut House regular + decaf
Dislike: Anything Bold, everything Emeril so far, Hot Chocolate

Wasn't overly impressed by Chocolate Donut, Cinnamon Roll, or Cinnamon Pastry.I look forward to buying more teas next time- I think they're fabulous!
