Yes. The characters are there for breakfast and lunch. Interesting to note, I called WDW Guest Svcs and HS switchboard this morning and they do not have Oso listed as appearing. But seeing is believing!!!

So who are the characters there now? We are going in December and want to be prepared.

Currently the characters are Leo and June from the Little Einsteins, Handy Manny, and Special Agent Oso.

Yeah! I made this reservation a while ago when I heard that Oso might be there. We have a lunch reservation there 10/11. I think the kids will really enjoy this.

Yeah! I'm so excited. We have never gone, mainly because of JoJo. Now I'm hoping they keep it this way for awhile!

Considering how long they had JoJo and Goliath and even Leo and June, I would say Manny and Oso will be there for a while. It's a fun experience as we has lunch there last year, and we're now really excited to have breakfast there in January!
