Osborne Lights - Canceled this year?

Has anyone else heard that the Osborne lights are canceled this year? That figures - my first trip in December at VWL and they won't have them this year?

I went to the WDW official site and checked for special events for dec and the lights are not listed - last year they were

It is said (Rumor) that they will be back in 2004. MGM is going to add an Auto stunt show similar to what is popular at Disney Paris and they will be raising the houses on the back lot. This thread will most likely be moved from the DVC board due to its subject.

The rumor is that they are replacing Residential Street with a Car Stunt Show that is currently running in Paris. Osborne Lights is supposed to return next year on New York Street (which is also being renovated to add skyline).
