We're thinking about renting 2 of the mini classic strollers for our upcoming trip to Disney. My youngest is almost 4 and I'm sure she'll have no probs in the stoller, but I'm wondering about my 6 yr old. She is pretty tall for her age and is about 55 lbs I believe. I know that she will need a stroller for some of the time we are there because she does not do well with the heat. She likes to complain and is very dramatic and I think it will make the trip better for everyone if there is a stroller available to her.

I'm wondering if she will be too big for the city mini classic stroller. I wanted to get a double, but there is no availbility for those.

What are people's thoughts on the size of the city mini? Do you think it would be too small for her?

Not to hijack your thread - but what do yo mean there are no double strollers available. Do you have to rent them in advance?

She's a bit over the weight limit for the citi mini single (5 lbs plus anything extra you put in the stroller) plus, you say she's tall for her age. hmm, DD was comfortable in it last year at 8 (she has special needs, so please no flames from anyone) but she was still only 46 inches tall and 50 lbs. If your DD is much taller than that, she'd probably hit her head on the canopy. Orlando stroller rentals also has the classic, which goes to 75 lbs, and might be a bit roomier for her. It looks similar to the ATS which is what we own here, and if it is, that it should still be pretty comfortable for her.
